BUYER PROTECTION

Bradoo is a website facilitator which allows people and organisations to upload onto our website for other users to view and buy. Therefore we are not involved in any purchases you make. Please refer to our User Agreement Terms & Conditions.

All buyers and sellers must honour their obligations to each other. However, for your own protection, when buying anything from bradoo, we suggest that you consider the following:-

(1) Make sure that any item you buy is not a Restricted or Prohibited Item. Do not buy or attempt to buy any Restricted or Prohibited Items.

(2) Always check through any information that the seller provides very carefully. If you are unsure of anything or you want to know more about an item then contact the Seller.

(3) Only bid on items you intend to buy. Remember if you opt for an instant purchase or you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction you must pay for the item.

(4) Pay for items using a payment method which you can trace and which may allow you any buyer protection (for example some credit cards).

(5) Allow a reasonable time for any item you buy to arrive. Make sure you bear in mind any problems with delivery (for example because of the weather or customs checks). If the item does not arrive then contact the seller.

(6) Examine any items received very carefully. If there are problems with your item contact the seller within 7 days of receipt. Remember that business sellers will be subject to legislation. For example, business sellers must comply with Distance selling Regulations. Sellers must be aware of any rights buyers may have.
