TERMS & CONDITIONS/ USER AGREEMENT
This
Agreement incorporates the terms and conditions which you agree to each
and
every time you use the Community
Definitions
“community”
means the online community and accompanying forums and other content at
www.bradoo.com
“website”
means the means the website and all contents, including the community,
at
www.bradoo.com
“user”
or
“you” means anyone using and/or visiting the
community for any purpose
“Advertisers”
means either any person or organisation advertising on the website,
subscribers
including “Pay per click” users or any person or
organisation who has entered
into an advertising agreement with us.
“we”
or
“us” means Greater Light Corporation Ltd, a Company
registered in England and
Wales, whose Registered Office is at
145-157, St. John Street, London, EC1V 4PW, company
registration number 07388191and any of our employees officers,
directors, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates. E-mail address

“Post
onto the community” means taking part in any part of the
website or community,
any feedback, submission, in any format, any data or upload which
subsequently
appears and can be viewed on the community.
“working
days” means any day from Monday to Friday inclusive, from 9am
to 5pm but
excludes all public holidays in England and Wales.
1.
ABIDE BY TERMS
(1)
We
are concerned about the about
the
safety and privacy of all users, but
particularly with regards to children. Before a child views this
community the
child’s parent or guardian must confirm
that that they have
read, understood and agree to be bound by this User Agreement
incorporating our
Terms and Conditions.
(2)
Any
Parent
or Guardian who wishes to allow their children to access and use the
community
should, at all times, supervise such access and use.
(3)
Parents or
Guardians who allow their children to
access and use the community:
(a)
must be
aware that the children will have access
to the whole of community, including any links and facilities for
communication.
(c)
must make
their children aware about the potential
dangers of communication with others and particularly revealing
personal
information.
2. COMMUNITY USE
(1)Full
use of this community may only be for registered
users who are logged in.
(2)
The community is only a venue. We take no
responsibility for and we do not check, validate, amend, edit or
endorse any
opinions, statements, recommendations or any other data or information
provided
by other users or advertisers nor any links or other information which
is made
available through the community. You may find other users’ or
advertisers’
information to be inaccurate, deceptive, etc. You must take this up
with the
user or advertiser involved.
(3)
If you click on any links you may be forwarded to
other internet sites and addresses and websites relating to other third
parties. We have no control or responsibility over the third parties or
any
such internet sites, addresses and websites.
(4)
To the extent that the law allows, without
limitation, all implied warranties,
conditions or other terms are excluded. You hold us
absolutely free of
all liability and responsibility for any actions or results or adverse
situations created as a direct or indirect result of specific opinion,
statement, recommendation, information, referral or information or data
shown
on the community.
3. SUPPLY
OF WEBSITE &
COMMUNITY
(1) We shall not be responsible for any failure
to provide the
website or any services
(including the community) or for
any unavailability. The community is available on an “as
is” and “when
available” basis. We reserve the right to suspend the
community where necessary
(2) We do not guarantee that availability of
the community is
uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We make no warranty against
electronic
virus, worms or any other defects/problems which may occur in respect
of
viewing or using the community nor in respect of any e-mail or
document. We are
not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused resulting from
the use
or failure to supply the community.
4. POST
UNTO THE COMMUNITY
(1)
All
users specifically agree not to abuse the community and that they are
both
expressly and solely liable for anything which they post onto the
community and
that they will abide by the laws applicable to it,

All users agree that anything they post onto the community in any
form will be honest, accurate, not misleading, and will not impersonate
any person or entity for the purpose of misleading others and
will not amount to any
misrepresentation, does not breach any copyright,
intellectual property
or the rights of any third party, is not defamatory, libellous,
discriminatory
(in any form), is not abusive, offensive or obscene in
either language or content, is not,
nor could not be perceived to be pornographic,does
not otherwise harass or
invade the privacy of any individual or organisation,
will not do anything which reflectsunfavourably on the goodwill and
reputation of any of our associates, advertisers or other users,
does not contain any restricted or ‘password-only
access’ page, or
hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible
page),
does not incite, promote or instruct as to any conduct as described
above, or
which promotes any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the User
Terms and Conditions and will not in any way be illegal or contrary to
any law
(3) All
users agree not to distribute or disseminate material
or information that they do not have a right to transmit under any law
or under
contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information or
confidential information disclosed in the course of employment or under
a
confidentiality agreement);
(4)
Users agree that they will not introduce, nor
facilitate the introduction of, any virus, worm, Trojan
horse, time bomb or any such code that could destroy and/or
contaminate.
(5)
We do
not tolerate unsolicited commercial communications, any junk mail,
chain
letters, unsolicited mail such as Spam or other such similar conduct
and you
confirm that you will not engage in any such activity. URLs are
allowed,
providing the link is relevant, useful and necessary.
(6)
All users agree that anything they
post onto the community can
be freely used, copied, published, translated and distributed in any
medium and
in any form, including for advertising and promotional purposes, by us
and any
other person(s) or organisation(s) without permission and that it is
not
subject to any copyright unless specifically marked as such by
©.
(7)
All users specifically agree that we have no
liability with respect to this and furthermore you will indemnify us
for any
loss.
5.
COPYRIGHT
(1)
We own the copyright and intellectual property
rights to the format and basic content of the Community (including
text,
images, marks and logos) with the exception of opinions,
statements and other data and images supplied by users.
(2)
All
users agree that, without our express written agreement, they will not
breach
any copyright.
6.
QUERIES
/ COMPLAINTS
We aim to respond to any queries within 7 working days. Any complaints must be addressed in writing to us at complaints@bradoo.com.

(2)Without limiting any other remedies,
we may suspend or terminate your use/registration at our absolute
discretion,
either with or without notice, particularly, where we suspect that you
have
engaged or are about to engage in, or have been in any way involved in
or
linked to, breaches of any terms of
this
Agreement.
(3)
We specifically
reserve the right to cancel, take-down, delete or otherwise remove any
advertisement or any opinions, statements, recommendations and any
other data
or information provided or posted by users or advertisers, without
giving
reason and in our absolute discretion.
(4)
All users
understand that we reserve the right, where
necessary, to inform the appropriate authorities (such as the police)
if we
deem any post to breach any law or, as appropriate, our Terms and
Conditions.
8. INVALIDITY
Each
clause or
any part at all of this Agreement is to be regarded as independent of
the
others. This means that should any clause or any part at all of this
Agreement
be found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will not affect the
enforceability
or validity of the rest of this Agreement.
9. GENERALLY
(1)
These Terms and Conditions supersede any and all prior representations,
understandings and agreements between you and us.
(2)
We reserve the right to
vary our Terms and Conditions at any time and such variation takes
effect when
they are posted on our community.
10. JURISDICTION
These
Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and enforced
in
accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction
of the English Courts.
